The award-winning statewide weather magazine show "Weather World" is on PCN. The live 15-minute weekday show airs at 5:45 PM and provides viewers with the latest forecast for the Commonwealth. Besides keeping abreast of weather conditions, Weather World dives just a bit deeper and investigates how climate conditions affect all the aspects of daily life. Weather World is produced on the campus of Penn State University and airs over PCN to 3.3 million homes across Pennsylvania.

For 25 years now, Pennsylvanians have been getting their weather news from Weather World and its group of knowledgeable meteorologists. Now to celebrate that milestone, Weather World hosts Paul Knight and Fred Gadomski have personally selected some of their favorite segments along with the most requested from viewers. In addition, Weather World fans will now have their own collection of "Weather Whys" – answers to those often-asked questions about weather-related topics including "Can you really fry an egg on the pavement?"
