Watchers Each candidate may appoint two watchers for each polling place in which the candidate's name appears on the ballot.
A watcher has the right to challenge the qualifications of a voter, such as a person's true identity.
Electioneering No person, including a candidate, may electioneer or solicit votes when inside a polling place. All persons, except those persons authorized to be inside the polling place, must remain at least ten feet from the polling place during the progress of voting.
Unofficial Election Night Returns Candidates for state-level public offices can log onto the Department of State's website to view election results as they come in. Watchers can also collect returns at various precincts immediately after the close of the polls.Canvassing The various county boards of elections begin the official computation and canvass of election returns at 9:00AM on the third day following each primary and election.

You are entitled to have someone watching the results! If they feel something is not right, you can have three electors file a petition for recount within 5 days of the final tallying of votes. Keep in mind, though, that it costs you $50 per ballot box to do a recount.
